When out early to meet up with the SDRR I ran four miles before they came.  There were a lot of new people here today.  We had  long introductions before we started.  I am not sure how to evaluate this run.  With a 15 minute break in between I am not sure how it help my endurance training.  It didn't feel like a 10 mile run more like a four mile run followed by a six mile run.  I did met up with a Davis County police officer and ran the last three miles with him.  He was a really nice guy and pushed me hard for those last few miles.

Splits: 8:34, 8:21, 8:27, 8:32, 8:24, 8:28, 8:39, 8:51, 8:39, 8:58

After went to the SDRR mingle, met some really nice people.

Sounds like a nice run. Look at your paces, I'd love to run those paces on a long Sat. run. AWESOME!!! I find that most runners are really nice. Are any of the SDRR (besides Andy) on the blog? Keep up the good work!

Awesome, all 10 miles under 9:00 (though that last one was close). Sweet!!! Better to run WITH the cops than from them! :)
