1% incline .5 mile warm up 3 miles at 8:34 this seemed hard I should have done 5 at this pace but couldn't keep it up last 1.5 miles varied in speed mostly at 8:34 but there were also a lot of slow walking breaks in there.

Some times those workouts that are really hard end up being the ones that take you up a level. Way to stick with it for 3 tough miles.
