10 ez miles did the first 6 on my own than I ran into two of my neighbors who were walking and I walked 4 with them.  My legs were still sore and so I was so happy to walk with them.  We  had a great conversation and tons of fun!

Great job, Kathie. I bet the walking felt really good and easy.

Walking is so good especially with friends. NICE miles after such an awesome PR Half!

Very nice and fun.

Wow, you're back out there already? Nice! You and Kimmy are going to rock at SGM -- What does Sasha say about your Hobble Creek time versus St George prediction?

From Kathie on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 23:21:03 from 207.155.176.10

That is the bad part Marc I looked it up yesterday and he says that we would run St. George in 3:56:XX That is 6 whole minutes off our goal. I am not too worried about it though the year we did 1:53 at Hobble creek was the same year that we got 3:59:01. So I know we can do better than what he predicts.

I know you can do it!

I punched in my time for Park City last year and it put me at 3:14:54 for SGM -- I only hope I'm in as good shape as I was last year! :)

From Kimmy on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 23:55:15 from 75.169.127.111

Kathie...nice job and way to talk the time to talk/walk with the neighbors. I could have done without the little 3:56 talk.

From Rhett on Wed, Aug 26, 2009 at 02:47:34 from 74.32.223.209

You guys didn't have a full taper before Hobble Creek. Fresh legs before SGM should let you make up that 6 minutes. Keep positive and I'll see you both in Boston.
