Looks like you are taking a page from the RivertonPaul training book. Nice decline miles. If it works for you like it does for Paul, your going to be one speedy lady.

I'll just say that I think you are awesome!!!
Okay ... talked to one of the class instructors at the gym today. She said that I would like Monday and Friday classes the best - but maybe should wait a couple of weeks until my lower body starts feeling better since they do a lot of plyometrics. So now I am getting excited. But maybe I could do spinning classes now. Hmmm ...
What do you think?
