3.5 miles on the treadmill varied the speed from 4.0 - 6.5 and the incline from 0 - 6.0

I then did waking lunges and side squats on the treadmill.

Next week will be one year that I have been a member of fast running blog.  It was weard to look back and know how I trained last year.  I hope to be able to use the information to help me out this year.

Nice job, Kathie. Wow, time flies.

I am just at 1 year as well. I should look back at my training and hopefully motivate myself to get back to where I was before my injury. 6% incline is steep. Nice job. How fast do you set the TM when you are doing walking lunges. That is a good idea.

Rhett I set the treadmill at 1 to 1.5 miles per hour. The slower you go the harder it is because you have to hold the lunge longer.
