Lifted for legs

Spin - Sub in the class she was not that hard but I think I needed an easy day.  My right calf is bugging me, it feels tight.  I hope it is good for 7 miles race pace tomorrow.

I am so jealous of you all that have decline treadmills at your gyms. I keep forgetting to talk to the manager at Golds.

Anyway ... nicely done Kathie.

Sorry about the right calf. Hope you are babying it. Can't wait to see how tomorrow goes for you.

Nice downhill run! Hope the calf behaves. You have 7 miles race pace tomorrow? WOW! AWESOME training! You're gonna ROCK at SGM!!!!

Oh, we're gonna have a BIG b'day party. You pick the place since you're the b'day girl. See MarcE's blog for detail. And I want to run those at 9:09 pace. :)

Kathie,

My guesstimate to run 9.9 miles at 9:09 pace would take around 1:30:39. So to finish at 9:09 am, we should start running at 7:39 am. We should meet at 7:15 am. on Wed Sept 9. Spread the words. This will be so fun!!!

Will you give us driving direction to the meeting place, Gardner Village parkway? I think Teena knows where it is. Is there a park for cake and ice cream afterwards?
