4 easy mile on a 3% decline @ 9:13 last 1.5 miles were @ 8:34 just because I was bored. Lifted for legs, abs and back Spin class - My back started to hurt really bad about 30 minutes into class but I was too embarassed to leave. By the end of class I thought for sure I had ruined any chance of having a good run tomorrow. I was almost in tears the pain was so bad. Now as I sit here and type this the pain has all gone and I think I even feel better. I am not sure what is up with that and I am not sure if I should spin next week.
