4 ez miles I did them later so I could get used to running at night for Wasatch Back I am tired and am now going to bed...yes I know it is only 9:30

Okay Kathie ... seriously ... I need you to teach me how to get to be before 10. I always say that I am going to, but never do. I know that is one of my problems ... I don't get near the rest I should.
