4 ez miles I may do more tonight. The schedule called for 7 hill repeats but after the race on Saturday my quads couldn't and shouldn't do hill repeats.

Smart move holding off on the hill repeats after such a strong effort on Saturday. Give yourself a few days of easy running before you get back at that schedule.

Great, now I read your post after I did my hill repeats. I plan on taking tomorrows workout easy. I could really feel how hard we pushed it on saturday
