Nice job, Kathie. Feels good to run on a decline, doesn't it? I found myself doing too many runs on a decline, so I put my treadmill back to normal. I'm not very disciplined. LOL

Dale - I only run once a week on a decline and it is a easy day. I mostly use it to work on my down hill form...I think it is helping a lot.

I really need to try out one of those decline treadmills sometime, sounds fun. Great job on the downhill training. They say there is a way to do it right, sounds like your doing a great job learning it.

Great job Kathie. I have got to get more downhill training in. This last race with the downhills just beat me up more then I would like to admit.

Way to get in the downhills.

NICE downhill training! Your quads will love you come race day! I need to do more downhill but the ITB protests too much.

Still am so jealous of your downhill treadmill. My form running downhill definitely needs work!!!

Still working on the nickname ... has to relate how unbelievable tough and cool you are!!! :)

Andy, if you are reading this I need your help with the nickname!!!
