I read your comment yesterday that Ogden is going to be your goal race, not Boston. I think that is smart, especially with this being your first Boston. You can just use Boston as your last real long training run. When are you going to start your official Ogden training? What day is Ogden?

Official Ogden training will start the Monday after St. George half, but I am not going to really taper for the half. Ogden is around the 16th of May not sure of the actual day. Smooth said it is 26 days after Boston. (you do the math)

Math, I don't do math. I've been out of school for about 11 years now. Who needs math in the real world anyways? :)

Nice run. I ran at that pace today and my calves were burning. I think I'm still recovering from my hard Sunday run. That sounds like a good time to start your Ogden training.

Yes Teena you should have started your program because you are training for Boston. I am going to be training for Ogden with Boston being my last long training run before I start to taper.

VERY NICE run Kathie!!! Those 8:20 miles sound just right...comfortably hard!!! You are doing AWESOME!!! Is one of your goals at Ogden to help Kimmy BQ?
