6 miles elliptical first three miles @ 11% resistance last three @ 9% in 43:22. Last year I did this work out in 46 minutes but it was all at 11% resistance. I am not sure if I am getting better or just staying even. I know I worked really hard in my spin class yesterday, and I feel that is why it was hard to keep the resistance at 11% today. lifted for inner and outter thigh, quads and hamstrings Yoga
