8 miles today.  I was very lazy yesterday and skipped my run.  I woke up late put on my running clothes and kept telling myself "I'll run after I do the laundry...I can't go to the gym now it will be to busy I'll go in an hour...I'll go after dinner...I ate too much I'll go when my tummy feels better...etc. Finally I did a set of core exercises some push ups and then went to bed.  Today I set my alarm and got the run in first thing.  I have to do it in the morning or I just keep putting it off until it is too late.

splits: 8:51, 8:37, 8:47, 9:04, 9:23, (hill 900 north) 9:29 (hill 400 north) 9:00, 8:30

Mondays are so hard to get going, why is that? GOOD JOB getting up early this morning and got'er done. Those are awesome splits with hills to boot and hitting some marathon pace too! Have a GREAT DAY, Kathie!

Great job on the run, Kathie!!! I'm the same way, if I don't do the run first thing after getting up, chances are I won't get the run in.

I'm the same way, if I don't get my workout in first thing in the morning it usually doesn't happen.
