Four marathon pace miles today...I thought about doing 6 since I missed two miles on Tuesday, but no not today, mostly just not in the mood.

splits: 8:43, 8:33, 8:31, 9:04 (walked .2 miles to house, garmin said I was going 8:04 pace when I started to walk)

Great run and very smart move on not adding 2 miles to your run. Look at those paces. Sounds like you had a strong finish too.

Kathie great job. Those are some great splits. You are so ready for SGM

I am feeling better I think I will try and run my 8 miles today. I will take them slow and easy and see how the breathing goes. I might try the 4 pace miles on sunday. I drake OJ all day yesterday and went to bed "early" for me.

You not feeling well Kimmy??

Nice job, Kathie...It's always tough to be motivated when the marathon is so close.

Mark....I started my run on Tuesday and had a hard time catching my breath...kinda like what happened Saturday. I went upstairs to get a drink and had a coughing fit. I decided to take a couple of days off and see if I could get rid of whatever I had. I don't feel sick, I just don't feel well either. I will see how tonight goes!

Hope its nothing. And I hope it all goes well tonight.

Good job Kathie, not giving in to those mind games of making up miles. It is not time to add any extra miles.

GOOD JOB on the MP miles. No need to run anything extra. You're gonna ROCK at SGM!
