Hill repeats Much slower this time compared to last time I did this workout. I hope that it is due to the heat, wind and back pain and not that I have already peaked for the season. Splits: Warm up mile 9:21 3:20 up 2:25 down 2:41 up 2:13 down 2:54 up 2:13 down 2:55 up 2:15 down 2:36 up 2:17 down 2:26 up 2:14 down Mile cool down 9:24 (Was really faster I walked the last hill to my house...I was DONE with hills!) Found out yesterday I am going to be a grandma! I am WAY to young to be a grandma!
