I went out to do a 9 mile race pace run.  I got 3 miles into it and knew my back wouldn't hold out so I went home.  I have been trying to heat up my back to make it feel better but to day after my run I iced in instead and it seemed to help.  It hurts the most when I am sitting (like when I am at my computer!) so I may not be posting as much but I am still thinking of you guys.

Sorry about the backache. Sounds like JeffC and you have similar problem? You know what to do though. Baby it! Hope it gets better soon!

Stink!! I'm very surprise that someone who does so much cross and core training as you would have any back issues. Bummer..I'm sure it will be better soon. (Maybe you did a little too much shopping?!)

Kathie, that's horrible!!! I know too well about back pain. It can really knock the life out of you. Maybe you should see a chiropractor.

STINK is right!!!!

When you are sitting at the computer desk, or any other place for that matter, can you sit criss-cross applesauce??? Even with one leg might help.

So sorry about your back! :(

Dude, I know what you mean about sitting, I sit all day and I'm sure that doesn't help....please get well soon.
