Lifted for back and bicepts 

Spin - This was the first time in a long time that I went to spin without running first.  I acutally think I have more energy and do better after I run.  Maybe it was just today, not really feeling well, not sick just don't have a lot of energy today.

I love to run before I swim or bike...it seems to help loosen my muscles for some reason. I hear ya Kathie.
