Pretty much a repeat of yesterday today should have been 4 miles race pace, and yesterday was 40 minute tempo run but because I am training for a half my tempo speed and race speed are the same. 1% incline one mile warm up 3.5 miles at 8:20 .5 miles at 8:34 one mile cool down Lifted for legs Spin - I know I climbed up Everest today on my spin bike HOLY SORE BOTTOM!!!!!!
