Ran 6.5 before the group and then 5.2 with the group.  I was so happy to see Andy's car in the parking lot today.  I started to have bad feelings about my run...it is not in a scary place at all but I am always a little afraid when I run alone.  To make matters worse I kept thinking as I ran..."That would be a good place to hide a body"  boy I was on one this morning.  At least I had the comfort of knowing Andy was some where on the trail and that made me feel better.

splits: 9:04, 8:53, 8:44, 8:41, 8:32, 8:37, 8:42, 8:37, 8:45, 8:41, 8:51

Maybe Andy's hiding the bodies! ;)

You definitely do need to be careful out there. Nice splits, kept them all very consistent and sub 9:00...nice.

Kathie, So you were looking for places to hide a body? Whose?

(Andy you better keep an eye out for Kathie!)

You could have run with two Marks today. Mark and I could have kept an eye out to be sure you didn't try anything.

Nice pacing!

Fly ... you really are something else!!! Laughing so hard.

On a serious note, glad Andy was on the trail and that you were comforted by that! Friends just ROCK!!!! :)

Nice job on the run. Don't you just hate when your imagination gets the best of you? Didn't they find a body somewhere out there the other day?
