Seven miles today.  I should have gotten up earlier it is already too hot for me.  I leave for St. George tomorrow, I think I will find a gym to do my 7 on Thursday.  If 60 degrees is feeling hot 80 will kill me.  I might just run my 14 on Saturday at midnight!

Way to get the run in.

I don't know how people in STG can run in that heat - the "midnight plan" sound like the way to go!

Great job look at all those sub 9s. Enjoy your trip to SG.

Nice miles Kathie!!!

Go have a ton of fun and SG! Don't worry about the running if it doesn't fit in. Just enjoy yourself!!!

You don't need no stinkin' gym. Get outside and explore the beautiful city of St. George. Nice run today.

I'm with Rhett, only I say explore the desert around St. George. Just slow down and drink heavily. And, if 80 degrees doesn't kill you it will make 60 degrees feel heavenly. OR you could head up to Pine Valley for a run. It's 25 miles and 20 degrees cooler up there!

It won't matter if its midnight or 5:00 AM it'll still be stinkin hot!
