Six miles elliptical 11% resistance in 40:43, really hard but it is fun getting faster. Last year on this date I did this workout in 42:XX.
Lifted for legs I didn't get to do all that I wanted to, a neighbor wanted to talk and I couldn't find a way to tell him I really wanted to workout Yoga - really fun class with all kinds of funky poses, side plank was one but the best was boat pose and then we did a backward roll into camel pose. The first photo is side plank, the second is boat and the third is camel. Believe me I looked nothing like the photos but it was fun to try...the best part was the backward roll I have not done one of those in years
