This was my first 10K I was not sure how I would do I just wanted to run even splits for the most part. The first part of the race was gradual down hill with the second part gradual up hill. splits: 8:08, 8:13, 8:25, 8:06, 9:17, 8:16 You can really see what mile was the most up hill...I think I could have pushed that 5th mile faster oh well next year I saw Fly and Andy at the race really fun to see them again.
