This is my mid week long run day. I run it on Tuesday so that I can spin on Wednesday and Thursday. My goal for today was to have most of the miles hit around 9 minute miles and then run the last mile all out to see what I could do at the end. I started at 11:00 so that I would be in the heat of the day for the Wasatch Back training, it was not that hot because of cloud cover.
