This run felt really good I think my form is coming together, my legs and back feel great and mentally I think I am prepared.  The problem with this is I have always had the superstitious notion that a bad practice leads to a great performance.  Every year at this time something has gone wrong with my final run, but I have done well in the actual race.  So what does this mean...what should I read into this.

Splits: 8:59, 9:51(really long potty stop I know TMI), 8:45, 9:11, 9:01, 8:56, 8:59, 8:46,

Last mile I walked up the hill to my house.

Now off to watch my son race CC and see the BYU game.

I am confused? So are you saying that was a bad final long run?? Looks great to me besides the potty break. Just figure out what you shouldn't of eaten and your looking awesome come race day. Excellent run Kathie.

Other than the TMI part, very nice morning.

Kathie...great run. You know you will do well at SGM. You are so prepared this year. But with that said, I too am playing the mental game. I wish dad was around so he could hypnotize me to run confident. You know he did that in High School and I took 10th in state (really 9th, but that is another story)!

No worries Kathie!!! I fully took on the awful run this morning!!! :)

This is your BQ ... go get it!!!

Awesome...Don't read into things like that. You will do great in St. George!!!

Sounds like you are ready for a great race. You got that bad run out of the way earlier this year.

Have fun at the game. Hopefully it goes better than last week.

AWESOME run Kathie! No worries about any superstitions.

O yeah! COUGARS rock today!

How did your son do at CC? Lehi did awesome yesterday at CC...horrible at football though!

Can't wait to see you next week!

If you always do well after a bad last run, who's to say you won't do BETTER after a good last run? Huh? You and Kimmy are going to push each other to a fabulistic race on Saturday!!!
