This was not a good training day for me. Legs felt tired right when I woke up. I had carpool today so I got to the gym late but I was still going to try and run 5 miles at race pace and then go to spin late. It was not to be, at mile 1.5 I was already using mind game to stay on the treadmill. I had only gone ONE mile at race pace. By the time I was at 4 miles I was done both mentally and physically. I had 10 minuets before class so I lifted for my hamstrings and then went to class. I couldn't get my heart rate up in class at all. I almost threw my monitor across the room, but that would be childish and I am an old lady after all. Any way not sure what I am going to do tomorrow I am scheduled to do 3 EZ miles and then spin. I don't like feeling this way so close to OGDEN! |
