Warmed up for a half mile.  6X800 meter repeats @ 7:30 1% incline I had a longer rest between the 3rd and 4th repeat to go potty. These are still very hard I want these to get easy and they are not!

WOW!! 7:30?? And with a incline oh yeah!!!! Great job. Those intervals are tough. And you nailed those.

The fact that you were able to complete the workout and it felt hard means that you ran at the correct pace. They are not supposed to be easy. If they feel easy then you are not running fast enough. Great job.

Ditto to Andy's comments. You obviously ran at the right pace if you can get it done and be happily wiped out at the end. Great workout! I also agree with Dale...LOL.
