Well this run was so much better than the last 20 and the half marathon last week! I can tell that my diet and not lifting really gave me the energy I needed. Not that it was easy but it felt a lot better. We ran into Teena and had a nice chat with her at 10.5 and at 19.5. At 19.5 we stopped and sat in the wet grass. We also saw Dean a runner on our Wasatch Back team. Splits: 9:11, 8:50, 9:05, 9:16, 8:41, 9:34, 9:24, 9:16, 9:06, 9:15, 8:48, 9:01, 9:12, Missed 14 forgot to turn on garmin at potty stop AGAIN!!!, 9:15, 9:04, 9:13, 9:02, 9:32, 10:27
