Woke up with NO back pain today so I thought I would push my run a little.  I may have pushed too hard glutes and quads were really sore near the end.  I think I need to lift more for my glutes they always get tired first on my long runs.

Sweet run. Glad the back is feeling better (I think :) ) I thought this was suppose to be a slow 10 miles and Thursday was going to be at race pace.

My back felt good so I thought I would do race pace today and then see how I feel on Thursday. Only five of the miles were race pace anyway.

That is one AWESOME run! 5 at race pace and the other ones are real close to race pace plus one uphill...very impressive! SO HAPPY to hear that the back pain is gone! My glutes used to always be sore...it's becoming less ever since I included core strengthening. You're SO GOOD at assessing your training needs. Keep up the good work. You're gonna get that BQ!

YEA!!!!! No more back pain. Let's keep it that way. Another 10 miles today. You're on fire.

Kathie, I'm so glad your back is feeling better.
