YOGA!!!! I finally got to go to yoga today, the first time in almost a month while I have been doing it on my own nothing compares to a good class.  My back is not all better but I can tell the yoga helped. The pose that helped the most is called happy baby.  I tried to post a picture and even though I have done it before it is not working now.

In my opinion, the only people that should be permitted to do the "happy baby" pose in public are babies, adults look ridiculous. Been there, done that!

Hope you are feeling better.

Kathie!!! I'm so glad your back is feeling a little better. I really need to get into the whole yoga scene.

YAY for Yoga! Happy baby is good for the hammies and hips too, isn't it? May be that's what you need. More happy baby poses...Grannie Kathie! Hope your back behaves!

Great! I'm glad to hear you are on the mend. I hope the yoga gives you a happy back.
