4.5 miles. I wanted to go to the gym and work on my downhill form. I knew if I went I would be tempted to go to spin class and that might hurt my back. I went 10 minutes late to the gym to prevent myself from going to spin. It didn't work I just ran faster and skipped lifting. 2 miles @ 9:13 2 miles @ 8:34 .5 miles @ 7:30 Spin - hill intervals my back feels ok...I think I will go to spin next week too.
