So what do they teach them at cross country camp? Is there anything your son has taught you that would help us all be better runners? Nice milage today. As always you're ripping it up.

Kathie! Very NICE GA run today. My nephew went to the BYU XCountry Camp. They run 2-a-day, the rest of the time just play, eat, socialize. He's met some great kids though, some will run for the Y as freshman. Very cool!

smooth....I am doing good. Yes I am running the Spanish Fork 1/2. Kathie and I will run the 1/2 and my mom will run the 5K. McKenna decided not to run this race. Can't wait to see you there.
