5.5 easy miles 3% decline 1.5 at 9:13, 3.5 at 8:57 and .5 at 8:34 felt good to go faster but it was all down hill.

Great job. Work back up to the speedy runnning gradually so you don't re-injure yourself. You're doing great at being patient. Keep it up.
