Yes only 3.1 miles on the treadmill.  I was tempted to go for 6 so I could keep up with Jeff's mileage for the month, but then I want to go to spin and lift, I didn't have time for both. I give in Jeff you win.  Wait I could still run three tonight...

Lifted for back and bicepts 

Spin - This was the first time in a long time that I went to spin without running first.  I acutally think I have more energy and do better after I run.  Maybe it was just today, not really feeling well, not sick just don't have a lot of energy today.

Elliptical - 6 miles at 11% resistance in 38:24  I think this is the fastest that I have done this.  If I could only run a 10K that fast!

Got up early, ran 6 before running group 2.75 with the group

splits: 8:50, 9:06, 8:41, 8:38, 9:47 (big hill mile) 9:11, 9:37 (forgot to turn watch off with group again), 8:40 7:56 (.75) nothing really exciting...except

I registered for Boston yesterday!!!!!
