3.5 at MP of 7:34-7:20 that puts you at about 3:15 for a full marathon. I am expecting huge things from you at Boston now.

Yay that was a typo for sure! I have corrected it to say the true speed of 8:34-8:20!

8:34-8:20 makes more sense for MP. I figured you were just feeling good and the faster pace felt like MP. Even with the minute slower, that still puts you around 3:40 doesn't it? That would be a huge PR. What's your goal time?
