5.5 miles 3% decline. I wanted to do 6 but I had to "GO"! I hate getting old everything falls apart even your bladder!!!! 2 miles at 8:49 1 at 8:41 2.5 at 8:34. I was trying to go faster to get the six miles in but I think it only made things worse. Lifted for legs added extra 5 pounds to each rep. Also did walking lunges. Spin class
