6 miles elliptical, my legs were heavy from the start. I started at 9% resistance for one mile then switched to 6% for 3 miles last two were at 7%. Finished in 47 minutes. This workout is really getting slower and harder as I bump up my Thursday miles. At first I was having a hard time with it until I told myself that this is a recovery day. Now I am ok with what ever I do as long at my Saturday run is not affected by what I do on Friday. Lifted for legs, back and abs Yoga - we really stretched our hips out it felt so good.
