Nine miles at marathon pace I tried to keep the splits as even as possible. I drove out to the Legacy Parkway so that I could avoid the hills. The goal time was 8:34
splits: 8:34, 8:14, 8:25, 8:15, 8:30, 8:28, 8:25, 8:30, 8:28 As you can see all the splits were under the goal time but they were still all over the place. I also felt drained by the end of the run. I am sure if I could find that perfect pace and keep with it I could feel better at the end. Really Andy you must be a human Garmin to keep such even splits. Now of to watch BYU beat Florida! Boy was that a great game or what! I think I need to add a few miles to my log I am sure I ran at least two cheering!
