Nine miles at marathon pace I tried to keep the splits as even as possible.  I drove out to the Legacy Parkway so that I could avoid the hills. The goal time was 8:34

splits:  8:34, 8:14, 8:25, 8:15, 8:30, 8:28, 8:25, 8:30, 8:28

As you can see all the splits were under the goal time but they were still all over the place.  I also felt drained by the end of the run.  I am sure if I could find that perfect pace and keep with it I could feel better at the end.  Really Andy you must be a human Garmin to keep such even splits.

Now of to watch BYU beat Florida!

Boy was that a great game or what!  I think I need to add a few miles to my log I am sure I ran at least two cheering!

Another awesome run!!! Hey, we did the same mileage today, although, yours were slightly faster.

Jimmer was "lights out" today!

I only partially rooted for BYU because it would have messed up my bracket if they lost. Other than 2 fast miles, your splits are very consistent. Great run!

Nice job. On the bright side, Andy, at least you don't have to even worry that the Utes will lose early in the NIT. (I did that just for Kathie's sake.)

WOW Kathie!!! AWESOME RUN!!!!

I was actually late for my chem lab because I needed to hear the final outcome of that game. Totally worth it! (Like Andy, it would have messed up my (Ry's) bracket -- he enters multiple times using my name as well as the kids' names!):)

Can you believe that Boston is right around the corner???? :)

WOW, that's a GREAT mp run! What do you mean your splits were all over the place? They look pretty consistent to me, may be your MP should be 8:25-8:30.

GO COUGARS!!!! :) We have to run fast on Sat. so we can get home to watch the game!
