Not a good run today!  I needed to do 6X800 meters at 7:30 1% incline. I did 4.5 of them and could not really go any further.  I decreased the incline and would speed up to 7:30 for 100 - 200 meters and then walk for the last 1.5 repeats.  I am not sure why I did so bad at this.  Last time I did this work out it was hard but I did it.

You ran a race 2 days ago! Remember the rule of thumb: no speed work for 1 day for each mile you raced.
