Pity Party is officially over!

Morning: Here is my plan.  Walking is not as painful as running.  I have just walked 3.3 miles and now I am icing my leg.  In an hour I will walk until it hurts again and keep this up until I reach 8 miles or the pain is too intense.  I feel than now that I have a plan it is helping me feel in control.  If you feel this plan is not what it needs to be let me know!

Afternoon: 3.7 miles I wanted to go one more to get it over with but to tell the truth I pushed a little to hard to get the .7 now back to icing I will try to go for 3 more tonight, if it doesn't happen I am happy with 7 miles today.

Evening: 3 more miles I should have stopped at 2

Dang, I miss a day only to find you injured. Don't get hurt. :( Sorry I'm already borrowing Teena's aquajogger. I guess I can let you use it instead. Seriously.

You're one tough and determined girl! Walking is so good for us. Keep icing. Does massaging it help? Is it still taped up? Sending healing thoughts your way! Please HEAL!!!

Hey! You did it! 3-a-day! GOOD JOB! How's the shin feeling?

Is tomorrow the day your grandbaby coming?

I wish! I am sure he will come on Friday right as we are leaving for the race.
