Ran a 5K with my son today. I had a ton of fun, and I think it was a PR I will have to look at my report from last year to make sure. I saw Andy, his two daughters and ex-wife. Andy ran with Gracie. She said she wanted to puke at the end, so she must have ran a great race. My son dressed up and just ran for fun but still had a great race. If I can I will add a picture of how he was dressed. Splits : 8:01, 7:57, 7:48 over all time 24:48 - I just looked and this time is 9 seconds slower than last year - Oh well, I wonder if I knew how fast I had run this last year if I could have pushed it faster this year. Really though this race is just for fun so why push it! I did have to stop and tie my shoe, maybe that is where I lost the 9 seconds!
