Ran four miles with my friend, felt so good after I did four miles on my own.  I plan on going to the gym lifting and spinning later.

Splits: 9:59, turned of watch for this mile forgot to turn it back on, 9:42, 9:38, 8:48, 8:43, 8:37, 8:36

3 more miles on the treadmill 2  at 9:13 one at 8:34

PM: I just played the Micheal Jackson Experience on the Wii...It was hard work, nice to see my cheer leading days paying of...just one high score after another...looks like mom is the one to beat!
