Six miles at O dark thirty.  First three by myself and then three with my friend.  I pushed her at the end she thanked me but I am not sure she really wanted to go that fast.  There were two other runners in front of us, I challenged her to pass them and she did!

Lifted for arms, abs and back

See, you're a GREAT coach! I am sure she loved the challenge. She will thank you come race day too! That is quite an improvement from Tuesday's pace! You're smart to get up early and run your own pace miles. Very smart and DEDICATED to get up at O-dark-30!

What a good friend you are and how very dedicated to get up on a cold dark morning and run yourself. You're down to just a few days till Japan, right? Are you already packing?

Nice job. When are you leaving for Japan and how long will you be there? Oh man, I bet that's a long flight.

Rhett - One week from today I fly to see my Honey!!!!! Not packed yet...going to start today though!

Dale - I will be there 10 days. It is a 14 hour flight but I am in first class so I think I will be ok.
