Started my run today and my right heel felt like there was a rock in my shoe.  Because of the race tomorrow I told myself if the pain didn't go away after a mile I would turn around.  At the one mile mark the pain was still there, I went a little further and then I thought it was not worth it and turned around.  It is on ice now and still a little sore...I am not happy about this!

My son is going to the temple tonight! It kind of gets in the way of my Ragnar routine but is TOTALLY worth it!!!!!!

I hope the pain is nothing serious

PLEASE be careful with your heel. Are you running Ragnar right now??? Silly question, since if you are, which I believe you are, you won't be able to answer me!!! :)

Anyway, hope the heel is feeling much better. Just BE CAREFUL, a lot of people who come in with PF describe the pain just the way you just did: "like they have a stone or rock in their shoe"

Love you!

Smart move cutting your run short.

I'm very excited for you son. That is awesome!

Congratulations to you and your son. It was good to see you at Ragnar for a brief minute. Did you find your Garmin?
