Today was listed as a tempo run but I did it more as mile repeats.  I ran a mile and then walked for ten seconds and then ran again.  First and last mile were warm up miles but I was surprised to see they were both marathon pace.  

I ran later in the day to get used to the heat before Ragnar....I was sweating perfusely! 

Splits: 8:43, 8:18, 8:03, 8:09, 8:35,

Great repeats! I can't believe your rest intervals were so long though. 10 seconds. You don't need that much rest time between repeats! LOL
