Today was listed as a tempo run but I did it more as mile repeats. I ran a mile and then walked for ten seconds and then ran again. First and last mile were warm up miles but I was surprised to see they were both marathon pace. I ran later in the day to get used to the heat before Ragnar....I was sweating perfusely!
