Lifted for legs

Spin

Legs still feel like noodles why is it taking so long to heal from this race?  I really didn't push that hard.

Give it another day. Just keep being smart and wait until they feel good before you go hard. Otherwise you're risking injury.

Hang in there, you are doing great.

It was all that shopping afterwards. Just kidding!

My legs would be noodles too if I lift and spin after running 6 @ those fast pace! I'll bet they will be iron strong in a day or so!
