100 minutes pool running first hour I was stuck in a water aerobics class it was funny because they kept trying to get me to do what the rest of the class was doing.  Last 40 minutes I untethered and ran in a lane.  The time went faster because at least I was moving.  I will try and do 120 minutes tomorrow.  Pain level was zero...I need to not push it so I can keep it that way!

I'm cracking up picturing you in the class doing your own running thing. They must not be runners and especially not injured runners. Sorry about the hammie. I am glad to see you taking care of it. So, where is the new profile picture taken? Looks fun.

Doone - The picture was in the Bahamas...I think it fit my new workout routine better.

WOW!!!! 100 min and going for 2 hours tomorrow! YOU ROCK! Glad there's no pain. Smart xtraining!

Those water aerobic ladies are definitely more entertaining than the splashing boy scouts, aren't they! :)

Nice patience on the pool running.

Nice job. I don't think I could run in the pool for that long. You're a lot tougher than I am
