120 minute pool run...same as yesterday one hour with the aerobics class and then one hour doing laps.  Pain still zero not sure I am really getting anything out of this, my leg feel really tired after so I must be doing something right.

No worries -- you are doing great. I remember wondering the same thing after I would finish pool running.

The most important thing right now is that your body is not being bombarded with impact so that you can heal!!! :)

I dunno beans about pool running. What Teena says sounds RIGHT! If your legs are tired, you've worked the muscles. NO hammy pain is good. Keep up the good work!
