5X800 meter at 7:30 pace 1% incline, they all felt very hard, I have been letting my speed workouts slide because I have been racing so much and now I am paying for it!  Hamstring didn't hurt during the run but it is bugging me now...off to sit on an ice bag!

Hills and injured hamstrings don't mix too well.....be careful.

Racing IS speedwork! Hope the hammie gets better fast!

Nice pace on the speed intervals.

At least it didn't hurt while running. That is progress.
