My calf felt really good today but I didn't do any up hill running so I am not sure how it will do on my 10 mile run tomorrow.  The 6:40 is starting to feel better I even think my form is better at this speed than when I am slower.

Lifted for legs

Spin - Sub, it was an easy class I am not sure if that is good or bad.

Yea! I'm so glad that the calf wasn't an issue today. And very cool that running at 9 mph is starting to feeling more comfortable.

Keep being careful with the calf. You rock.

The faster you run, the more natural and fluid your form is. The problem is that as your muscles fatigue it is hard to maintain the proper form. Try doing a few of these pickups to 6:40 pace during your last mile instead of just the 1 (after Boston of course). Excellent run today.

Glad the calf is OK today. Good luck with your 10 miler tomorrow..if anything feels weird back off and save your equipment. :)

So glad to hear your calf feels better. Don't push too hard and re-aggravate it tomorrow.

Glad the calf is okay. NICE decline run! WOW, 6:40 feels good and natural and fluid only means one thing...you're becoming more and more efficient and faster. GOOD LUCK on your 10 miler tomorrow!
