6 miles 3% decline 1 miles @ 9:13, 3 miles @ 9:05, 1 mile @ 8:57, .9 @ 8:34 .1 @ 6:40 My calf felt really good today but I didn't do any up hill running so I am not sure how it will do on my 10 mile run tomorrow. The 6:40 is starting to feel better I even think my form is better at this speed than when I am slower. Lifted for legs Spin - Sub, it was an easy class I am not sure if that is good or bad.
