6 miles elliptical first 4 miles at 11% resistance last 2 at 9% in 44:00  My legs felt really good no pain not even any irritation!

Lifted for legs

Yoga

Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow.  I may run the 5 mile loop around my house and keep doing it until I hit 15 miles or my hammy starts to hurt.

Or you could take one more day of rehab, which would really make 2 days since Sunday is a rest day and just be safe. Then you could be back 100% to your hardcore self for the rest of your SGM training.

I know you'll probably run though, so be careful and stop with any hint of discomfort. You're going to stop reading my posts soon aren't you. Sorry.

Rhett - I think I would pool run, but the pool is closed for the 24th...so my choices are run or nothing.

How about running but stopping before your ham hurts?
